Each field becomes a Verifiable Credential (Annex 14 claim set): compliance, reliability (DAI/ISR/tg-base), autonomy (DEA), domain, guarantee, policy (LTMP). A node profile reads these per-agent values; the node profile itself supplies the rules and thresholds.
